I used a cleco clamps and normal clecos to hold the hinge in place as I drilled.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_8841.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1362\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_8841-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8841\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_8841-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_8841-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The bottom skin was countersunk.<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_8843.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1363\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_8843-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8843\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_8843-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_8843-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I installed the top skin and match drilled all holes.
