I drilled out the bottom nose rib rivets so the spar rivets could be installed. It took a little dexterity, but I got everything done.<\/p>\n<p>I applied a little touch up paint to the bracket holes.<\/p>\n<p>Nut plate screw running torque: 22 in-lbs22+22.5 = 44.5Nuts torqued to 25 in-lbs<\/p>\n<p>I clamped angle aluminum to the trailing edge of the aileron to keep it straight.<\/p>\n<p>I blind riveted the skins to the spar.<\/p>\n<p>I added rivets on either side of the open hole.
