From a cost and convenience standpoint, it&#8217;s far more preferable to build an airplane in your own garage. Unfortunately, I live in an apartment in Hermosa Beach, so this is not really an option.<\/p>\n<p>My hangar is technically an &#8220;end room&#8221;, meaning does not have a large garage-style door. The only exit is a standard man-door.
