I also deburred the edges of the skin. I took care to remove the minimum amount of material possible on the front edge of the skin because this\u00a0surface butts-up against the leading edge skin.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2496\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0355-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0355\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0355-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0355-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I removed the right wing walk doubler from the wing and dimpled the holes.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0357.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2497\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0357-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0357\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0357-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0357-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I removed the vinyl from the right inboard skin.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0361.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2498\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0361-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0361\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0361-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0361-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I deburred and dimpled all the holes on the right inboard skin. This took forever!<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0365.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2499\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0365-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0365\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0365-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0365-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I used my squeezer to dimple the ribs on the right wing. Since the bottom side hasn&#8217;t been match drilled, I only dimpled the top side.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0367.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2500\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0367-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0367\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0367-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_0367-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The last thing I did was countersink the holes along the inboard section of the spar.
