I couldn\u2019t figure out what torque caused the nylok nut to rotate. The minimum my torque wrench would measure is 10 in-lbs. I assumed 5 in-lbs causes the nut to rotate.<br \/>\nTherefore, 22.5+5 = 27.5 in-lbs<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-327\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_4992-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4992\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_4992-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_4992-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Used blind rivets to fasten the top rib to the spar.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-333\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_5006-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5006\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_5006-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/IMG_5006-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Riveting completed on the top skin and counterbalance. Three of the rivets were not setting properly. I tried to drill them out, but I opened up the hole too much.
