I need to go back and drill 2 more holes on each stiffener which are located on the cantilevered portion of the parts. I kept the A and B sections of the bulkhead cleccoed together. The material was rough-cut with a cutoff wheel. The bar is drilled to the front side of the bulkhead, which is a little counterintuitive.
