I worked on cutting the lower 4 J stiffeners to the final length and making the required modifications to the ends.<\/p>\n<p>I had rough cut the stiffeners on the horizontal band saw. The get the precise length, I used masking tape to form a straight line through the curvature of the stiffener.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_4234.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3937\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_4234-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_4234\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_4234-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/IMG_4234-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I got a few of the stiffener ends modified.
