As you can see in the picture, I used several clamps to ensure the angle was appropriately constrained in all directions. The plans say the angle need to be raised 1\/8 inches above the channel. To achieve this gap, I used popsicle sticks as shims. It turns out the popsicle sticks are 1\/16 thick.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_0754.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4356\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_0754-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_0754-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_0754-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/IMG_0754-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Both channels look good.
