I&#8217;m glad\u00a0all those holes are behind me.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4465\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1013-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1013-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1013-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1013-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I busted out the dimpling on the F-XXX pieces.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1015.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4466\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1015-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1015-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1015-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/a>Each seat rib is attached to the F-704 bulkhead with several rivets and\u00a0screws\u00a0at the top and bottom of the flange. To locate the\u00a0screw holes, I used the bulkhead to cut a small point in the flange while the ribs\/bulkhead were cleccoed together. The small divot was drilled to the appropriate size after the parts were disassembled.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1015.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1018.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4467\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1018-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1018-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1018-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1018-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I cut a scallop in the flanges where wires will pass through the bulkheads. The cutting was accomplished\u00a0using my\u00a0grinding wheel and sandpaper.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1022-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-4468\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1022-1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1022-1-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/IMG_1022-1-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/a>The last major thing\u00a0I did was countersink the nut plate rivet holes. Due to the thin material, I&#8217;m using Oops rivets in these locations.
