I can&#8217;t believe how long all of this prep work takes!<\/p>\n<p>For the center section and baggage section bulkheads, I countersunk all the areas that require nut plates to be installed. In all these cases, I sized the countersinks for Oops rivets.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_451b.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-5936\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_451b-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_451b.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_451b-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_451b-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I made the big #10 countersink on the lower longerons. This is where the fuel tank attach bracket will be mounted.
