The screws do a much better job at locating the parts. When possible, the actual mounting hardware should be used when match drilling components.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_8274.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-735\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_8274-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8274\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_8274-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_8274-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I really took my time making sure everything lined up with the leading edge, fuel tank, and Z-brackets.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_8275.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-736\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_8275-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8275\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_8275-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_8275-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I match drilled the inner most Z-bracket, which will control the lateral location of the tank.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_8278.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-737\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_8278-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8278\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_8278-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/IMG_8278-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I removed the tank skin so I could match drill the rest of the Z-brackets.
