This thing was a giant pain due to the tight tool clearance. I taped up the the side of the fuselage to limit any scratches to the primer. In the picture below, you can see how the mounting plate has to be pulled away to get the rivet puller in the installation spot. I used the Avery off-angle rivet tool to get the rivet puller around the J-stiffener.
