Instead, I&#8217;m going to work on closing out the leading edges. I didn&#8217;t flute the flanges, which caused the part to be bowed while it was being match drilled. I had been aware of this while I was originally assembling the parts, but I didn&#8217;t think it was going to be an issue at the time. Lessoned learned. I need to buy a new inboard rib for the left and right wings and new splice plates. I can still progress on the assembly of the leading edge.<\/p>\n<p>The right leading edge parts were dimpled.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/IMG_8538.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-855\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/IMG_8538-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8538\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/IMG_8538-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/IMG_8538-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I build a shelf for the C-frame.
