Perpendicularity was achieved by just eye-balling the bit while I was drilling.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_7012_2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-973\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_7012_2-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7012_2\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_7012_2-768x1024.jpg 768w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_7012_2-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I used my bending break to fold the right aileron. It takes a good amount of force to actually close up this surface.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_7016.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-974\" src=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_7016-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_7016\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_7016-1024x768.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/rv7aircraftlog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_7016-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I\u00a0clecoed the right aileron together and match drilled all holes.
