I started out the day by building the left wing jack. It’s pretty janky, but it gets the job done.

A string was tied between the outer two rivet holes to measure the straightness of the spar. Ensuring all rivet holes line-up means the spar does not sag.

The outer dimensions of the left wing walk doubler were marked and cut. I used the cutoff wheel to cut through the majority of the material before moving to snips and files. IMG_7268

After taping the wing walk doubler to the main skin, I match drilled everything by just drilling into my workbench.

The skins fully clecoed. This is starting to look really cool!

I primed and riveted the tie down bar.

The last thing I did today was work on the wing stand supports.
