After letting the Pro-Seal cure for about a week, I worked on riveting the trailing edge today.
Pro-Seal had to be cleaned out of some of the countersinks.
I installed all rivets into one side of the rudder and taped them with rivet tapeIMG_5145

To actually rivet the parts, I stared by partially setting every tenth rivet. I stated moving to the other rivets with my mushroom set so the entire trailing edge was flush. I need to come back and closely look at each rivet, but I think it turned out pretty good.IMG_5152

I bought a .75 inch diameter pipe from Home Depot to roll the leading edge. This process took some force, but it turned out fin
