I cut the F-711 stiffener. I used a belt sander to taper the edges.
I’m bouncing around in the plans, but I also made time to drill the static lines in the F-708 bulkhead. I drilled one bulkhead, then cleccoed the bulkheads back-to-back. This allowed me to mark off the hole locating on the other bulkhead. After marking, I drilled the other half.
