After being ground since September 1, SpaceX is back to flying! Falcon 9 successfully launch and landed this morning. After watching the launch at work, I went to the hangar to make some airplane progress.

I’m trying to wrap up all he aft bulkheads so I can start assembling the aft fuselage. The plans instruct you to assemble all the bulkheads before the fuselage assembly, but I want to get the assembly started before completing everything.

I match drilled the FXXX stiffener to the FXXX bulkhead. I clamped an unused Z bracket to the stiffener to act as a backstop. This is how I know everything is aligned flush at the top side.

Also on the FXXX bulkhead, I used a unibit to open up the rudder cable holes.

The FXXX stiffener was match drilled to the FXXX bulkheads.

The aft 3 bulkhead assemblies were deburred and dimpled. Everything is ready to go for priming.
