I got the F706 bulkhead clecoed in place.
I was having a huge issue getting the F-711 bulkheads clecoed in place. The holes were not lining up no matter how much I tried to reposition things.
February 21 Update: I reached out to the support line at Vans. After some discussion, it sounds like I got the bulkheads reversed. The plans depict flanges with sharp corners facing aft and rounded corners facing forward, which is what I copied. It turns out this is incorrect. Next time I go in to the hangar I’m going to flip the bulkhead around, which should line up things better. It looks like I’m going to have to drill the rivets and flip the stiffeners.
