I brought a couple of fuselage parts into work so I could make a little progress tonight.
I used the bandsaw to cut the removable section from the inboard seat ribs.
For the baggage ribs, Van’s has you cut holes in specific ribs to accommodate the optional steps. Since the tricycle gear RV sits higher, I’m adding the steps to my plane. I used to 1.5 inch hole saw to cutout the material.
