I took off the left side skin so I could roll the conical section.
To roll the conical section, I clamped the skin down with a section of angle aluminum. I clecoed and clamped a flat bar to the area that was going to be rolled. I basically just manually twisted the cone into shape. This was done on the left and right side of the airplane.
I drilled the F-724 Bulkhead to the upper longeron and the Corer Rib.
