I finished deburring all of the main ribs.
For all subsequent steps, I worked only on the left ribs.
I bent the rib flanges so that everything is squared up.
The flanges were fluted. I used my long ruler to ensure the holes line up.
The preparation on all left ribs is complete.
I used the unibit to drill out the wiring holes. On 3 of the ribs, I accidentally drilled #30 holes on the wrong side of the rib. This was a minor mistake that requires no corrective action.
