On the forward spars, you are supposed to add radii to relieve the stress around the bends. I accidentally added the radii in the wrong location so I’m going to have to buy a new spar from Vans.
I rounded the corners on the forward stiffeners.
To bend the forward stiffeners, I clamped the part the the table and used a mallet to deflect the part to the proper angle.
Here are the completed stiffeners:
