I got the left conduit brackets fitted up and drilled to the ribs. 2 brackets were drilled on the seat ribs and 2 brackets were drilled on the baggage ribs. I used my .75 diameter hole cutter to drill thought he bulkheads. For sheetmetal, the hole cutter is much more effective for cutting clean holes compared to the unibit. 
Hear are the baggage area brackets. The were drilled on the side of the rib shown below, but will be flipped the other side for riveting.
