I got the F-741 Tunnel Cover riveted together. I mistakenly used universal rivet heads instead of flat rivet heads. This shouldn’t have any impact on the part besides looking less sleak in the cockpit. For now I’m going to leave it as-is and decided later if I want to fix these rivets.
For the forward tunnel covers, everything was fitup in the cockpit. You can see where I marked the hole locations to be match drilled. I used my 90 degree drill to hit these spots.
Here’s the forward cover cleco/clamped up. My hole locations were not perfect, but they will get the job done.
