Today was my first day back in the hangar in approximately 6 weeks. I’ve been completely slammed with Dragon 2 Cargo work, which has prevented any real progress from being made on the airplane.

I started the day trying to figure out how to best move forward on the project. To start, I got the relay and starter solenoids temporarily fitted to the firewall. You can see the corner than needs to be cut away to get these parts to fit properly.

I spent the rest of the day work on the upper deck parts. The first thing I did was get the F-768B-R sub panel drilled to F-768C seal.

I got the F-644 Channels match drilled to F-768. In this image, I’m using one channel as a drill guide for the other channel.

The seal was drilled to the f-768A Center Sub Panel.

Things got off to a slow start today, but I’m pumped to be back in the swing of things with the airplane. Now I just need to maintain this momentum.
