I decided to rebuild my left flap due to a pretty dumb mistake I made during the original build. For the line of rivets along the bottom side of the spar, I mistakenly countersunk through the bottom skin and the spar. You are supposed to dimple the bottom skin and countersink the spar.
I got the the whole flap structure clecoed together and match drilled.
The hinge was fit up and match drilled.
