One advantage of redoing the horizontal stabilizer is that I get to incorporate the following service bulletins:
— SB 14-01-31 (Cracks in forward spar)
— SB-00036 (Cracks in aft spar)
The day was spent deburring the horizontal stabilizer components. Nothing too exciting.
I cut the bend reliefs in the forward spars. The reliefs need some radii added per the plans, but they will work for now.
