I countersunk the lead counterweight and installed the sleeve on the oblong hole.
The sleeve will be fine as-is, but I applied some Loctite to the part to help hold it in place. I need to purchase actual epoxy for more critical applications.
I drilled out the incorrect tip ribs.
Cleced the new tip ribs and installed the counterweight.
After prepping the ribs, I took them outside for priming.
The skeleton was riveted together.
The skin was riveted to the skeleton. I was able to use the hand squeezer on most of the rivets.
Overall, the right elevator is looking really good! I can see an end to the empennage kit.
