The focus for today was all the prep work for the right flap.
The angle bracket was drilled.
The doubler was drilled to the rib, spar, and bracket.
I realized I didn’t not open one of the holes to .25 on the left flap–I’ll need to come back to the left flap and fix this issue. I drilled out the hole and the nut plane mounting holes on the right flap. Vans only sent me one nut plate so I’ll need to buy another one.
I got part-way through deburring and dimpling the ribs.
