Today was a rough day. After getting really close to finishing the left flap, I realized the holes on the bottom skin were supposed to be dimpled, not countersunk. I’ve created an unacceptable loading situation that cannot be used for flight. I should have known better–Van’s even tells you in the Material section of the preview plans! I’ll have to buy new skins for both flaps. The left flap will also need to be totally disassembled, which is pretty frustrating.
