I deburred the holes of the piano hinge and cut the hinge to length.
I used blind rivets rivets to fasten the ribs to the spar. I was only able to install the lower rivets because the top skin interferes with the pop rivet tool on the upper holes. I’m going to do an internet search to see if I can find a low profile tool. If that doesn’t work, I’ll grind down to the top of my current pop rivet tool.
I started riveting the top skin to the spar. I only got like 10 rivets installed.
