To locate the fuel tank access cover, Vans just has you do your best to make the cover concentric with the access hole. I took my time to ensure everything was lined up and used some clamps to hold things in place.
The main fastener holes were drilled and the smaller nut plate rivet holes were drilled.
I dimpled the rib and countersunk the stiffener ring. Looking good!
