I started installing the ribs on the right tank. I was able to get just a single rib done.
To get started, I fixtures everything in my leading edge cradle. I scoured the skin and rib with scotchbrite and cleaned the surfaces with acetone.
The riveting process is pretty messy, but it turned out pretty good. I’ll need to go back and reseal the shop heads.
I cleaned up the exterior of the skin with acetone. Everything looks good!
