I put together the stall warning assembly. I first back riveted the nut plates to the main plate. After that, I used the screws to clamp everything together. The nuts were not fully torqued against the body because that would have inhibited the rotation of the vane. Since the fasteners take no load and the part will be backed up by my AoA indicator, the lack or torque is acceptable.
I installed the left tie-down bar. The fasteners were torqued to 30 in-lbs. I also loosely installed the aileron brackets. Each bracket is installed with 2 AN3-6A fasteners. Unfortunately I could only find enough fasteners for one bracket so I finally broke into my fuselage kit and stole 2 screws from that part kit. I’ll replace the fasteners when I place another order.
