I cut and drilled the F-729-C angle.
The most challenging portion of the angle was the 88.5 degree angle requirement. To achieve this angle, I bent the part in a vise. 
I used this angle measuring tool to show the angle was about 88.5 degrees.
I finished up the tie-down bar by drilling the mounting holes in the part.
