I installed the other outer bracket on the F-704 bulkhead. To countersink the bulkhead, I installed the angle section on the aft side of the bulkhead. The holes in the angle piece kept the countersink aligned. 
I got the sides riveted onto the F-705 bulkhead. The large bolts were installed to ensure everything was aligned. I was able to squeeze the outer rivets, but the inner rivets had to be shot.
I’m done with the forward F-704 bulkhead.
