I fabricated the 1 7/16 thick blocks that will act as stand-ins for the wing spar. I bought 2 oversized UHMW blocks from McMaster-Carr and shaved them down to the exact thickness using a fly cutter.
I cut the bolt holes in the spacers on 4/29/2017.
