I got both out seat ribs fluted. The ribs are actually longer than required so I trimmed ~.125 inches off the forward face.
The Hooker harness has a larger buckle than the harness supplied by Vans. Due to this extra width, the egress slot in the floor need to be increased by 3/32 on each side. I used a unibit and Dremel to make the modification on one seat.
