I spend the day match drilling the right stiffener to the pilot seat. To get started, I marked the hole locations specified by Vans. I’m going to use one stiffener to define the holes on all stiffeners, so I only marked the holes on one side of the seat.
By doing some clever fixturing, I located the stiffener along the edge of the seatback. I then drilled and clecoed the part. The holes are supposed to be drilled to #30, but I’m starting at #40.
