I brought the F-695 gussets into work to make a little piece-part progress. For the 14 holes running along the length of the part, you have to modify the spacing slightly compared the the .500 spacing specified by Vans. The last hole violates the edge distance, so I moved it inboard slightly to maintain .250 edge distance.
I drilled the holes to #40. They will be opened up the #30 when the gusset is match drilled to the fuselage.
