One of the things Vans doesn’t mention about the F-902 Bulkhead is the need to add a scallop along with the rudder cable hole. The scallop allows the cable to slide unobstructed past the part.
I got the F-7101 Gear Attach plate drilled on the right side. The ensure good alignment of the stiffener to the skin, I dropped in a few rivets in the locations shown below. The tape was used to hold the rivets in place.
Lastly, I made the F-796C/D Spacers.
