I brought the F-719 Stiffeners into work so I could still the rudder pedal mounting holes. Vans does not specify the required hole spacing because you’re supposed to space out the mounting blocks based on your personal preference. I used the spacing specified by Mike Bullock, which is down below.
I used the rudder mounting blocks to locate the holes. The front of the block was aligned with the lines that were drawn and the holes were match drilled.
Here are the final holes sized for 3 different rudder pedal positions. Looking good!
