I was having a really tough time getting the tube between the Andair fuel valve and the fuel pump to bend properly. I don’t think it was possible to actually get the tube to route in this area with my tube bender. To fix the issue, I purchased a tube from Aircraft Speciality LLC. They typically sell the fuel tubes that extend from the valve to the firewall in a kit, but I was able to get them to break out this single tube for me. The bends they achieved are much tighter than what you can do with a normal bender.
The forward end of the tube was a bit too long for my application. This isn’t too surprising because my pump location was located by me.
Here’s the final mounted position of the tube. This looks great.
I spent a little time priming a few interior parts.
