I used some masking tape with 2.5 inch markings to ensure the fluting on the channel was going to be appropriate. I had to make some adjustments towards to the top of the channel. I can’t remember why I changed the rivet spacing on the roll bar, but everything turned out fine. I fluted the channels and adjusted everything so they laid flat, but didn’t get any pictures of the final product. 
I made the spacers from UHMW. These spacers will set the spacing between the channel and the side rails.
