I drove out to Corona, CA to pick up an Aircraft Spruce order I placed earlier in the day. The main reason I placed the order was to get this edge rolling tool. This was definitely the right tool for the job.
Here’s the rolling hole edges. It took a little time to figure out the right method for making a consistent flange, but I’m pretty happy how this turned out. Besides the edge rolling, I also bent the flanges on the braces.
