The canopy feels like it’s just never ending. I’ve still got some open work in regards to improving the interface between the forward and aft canopy sections, but I’m not in the mood to work on that. Instead, I countersunk the screw holes that interface between the aft window and the the roll bar. The countersinks just need to fit the screw head.
The next thing I did was work on the canopy actuator mounting. I got the forward mounting block clamped and drilled in place.
To get the spacing correct for the fuselage strut mount, I create a strut simulator with hole spacing at 9 11/16. This worked quite well to define the position.
