I tried to find a manual brake at SpaceX to bend the tabs of the trim tab, but it looks the company doesn’t have one! Instead, I clamped the trim tab with a section of UHMW and just hammered the tab. 
Overall, the tabs look pretty good. The directions say a rivet gun should be used to reduce the bend radius, but I’m going to skip that portion. The bends looks good as-is.
