I riveted the nut plates to the rib/stiffener. I used my cleco clamps to hold everything in place. I had to drill out a few rivets, but it came out good in the end.
I took my time to ensure the fuel cap was properly aligned before drilling. I used 2 clamps to hold it in place while I drilled.
This was a fun victory.
