I had a really productive day! I was able to get four ribs installed in the right fuel tank.
After I got into a good rhythm, it took me about 2 hours to knock out each rib. I applied a generous amount of Pro-Seal to the mating surface of the rib.
This picture just shows my riveting procedure. I set half of the rivets, then removed the clecos and set the other half. After the rivets were installed, I cleaned up the Pro-Seal.
It’s awesome seeing these tanks finally take shape. It’s finally looking like an smooth airplane surface.
